Quota method

The quota method is a selection method used for the recruitment of panel households under which the interviewers receive a quota plan with specified characteristics (e.g. age, sex, education). If a household willing to participate fulfills a combination of characteristics specified in the quota plan, it can be recruited by the interviewer.
